Pivot

I’ve always been obsessed with the podcast format but I’m quite loyal to the Crooked Media family when it comes to the podcasts that I listen to. So adding a new one, always has to clear a higher bar.

That’s where Kara Swisher comes in. I really enjoyed her NYT podcast, Sway just because I am interested in the tech space and she’s a really good interviewer. I had seen her other podcast, Pivot, but wasn’t sure that I would need it.

But then she left the Sway pod and now I had an open slot to fill and fill it up she did. Her chemistry with Scott Galloway is amazing. And their banter is fun. They have great points of view — they don’t always agree but that makes it all the more interesting.

The coverage of tech is quite relevant and because it’s twice a week, I don’t feel like I need to be on Twitter all the time (even if let’s be real, it’s hard not to be).

I’m glad I was able to stumble upon this one and give it a chance. And now I’m Being targeted for the podcast, Land of the Giants which also looks interesting.
