Jimabaran, Bali
It wasn’t my first time in Bali but it seems like I’m only there to watch people get married — and I’m not complaining. I had some leaves to burn and Yassy and James allowed me to invite myself to their lovely nuptials so off I went with my sister Pamy, her husband Ed, and their friend Chloe.
And the four of us bunked at a nice airbnb near the wedding’s resort — aka fancy town. But honestly, Bali is always a good idea. Chloe and I had massages every day and were eating to our hearts content in the prettiest brunch places with the best alcohol all for a fraction of Singapore’s prices. I get why people vacation here.
Even if it wasn’t the longest trip, it was a really nice time to get away and watch people profess their love for each other! Sure, I was a gate crasher but they definitely made me feel welcome. If anyone else wants to get married in Bali, please invite me. or rather, let me invite myself!
